The townhouses here are not bad, though old. They're quite large and very quiet. I have had similar temperature problems as previous posters though, heat never shuts off during the winter and never comes on during the fall or spring, and the staff doesn't care or do anything but ignore complaints about it. Large black ants sometimes invade the upstairs bathroom, and termites are starting to show up downstairs now, but we've only got a month left, so there's really no point in contacting them about it since they would ignore us anyway.
