I lived at this location for a year, and, overall, I was pleased with my stay there. The apartment was very spacious, there was a bus stop just outside my apartment, and I never had anything stolen.

Indeed, as other people have mentioned, there are problems with the heat. When winter came around, the heat came on full blast, and because the problem couldn't or wouldn't be fixed, the office gave us permission to keep our windows open (it would have been around 80 degrees inside the apartment, otherwise).

According to the lease, you are required to pay a portion of the painting costs (determined by the amount of time you stay) when you leave. When we moved in, certain walls looked as if they'd been neglected, so we were able to negotiate painting prices when we left.

Other people have mentioned pest problems, but I can say I never once saw an ant, termite, or roach in my apartment. Perhaps certain locations on site have issues with pests, but mine did not.

All in all, not a bad place to live.
