Pros:
Relatively Inexpensive
Some utilities included in rent
Proximity to VT
On bus route and near downtown

Cons:
Poor construction (thin walls, drafty, outdated appliances...)
Poor management: reluctance to answer or address questions, I felt like I was under pressure to sign a lease, reluctant to make repairs or maintain property, employees rude or aggressive toward residents
Noisy
Unsafe: no peepholes in doors and my ground floor apartment has no locking windows

I would not recommend Apartment Heights.
