I lived for a year in a PRIVATELY OWNED condo in Berryfield - that our unit was owned by a family in NoVA, and they were extremely good about the upkeep. Now while I cant comment on how the services are with the realty group's units, as a whole, I enjoyed it tremendously. It is a really beautiful location complete with some woods and a small creek. It's only a 10 minute walk to the campus, and less than 5 minutes to downtown Blacksburg. Abundant parking is also available. I'll miss that place. Sigh!
