I could write about four pages, but here's the short version. You HAVE to have NTC cable/internet which is expensive and way behind the times. No HD, no DVR, no digital cable, slow internet. And they charge you for every computer you hook up.

Townside has an absurd policy with Valley Towing. If you park your car on the grass, it gets towed. I don't mean the whole car. I mean even an inch of your front tire. How do I know' I got towed for that very reason. OUT OF MY OWN LOT.

Townside didn't seem to really care. "That's the policy." Way to take care of your residents.

Stuff breaks alot too, and the leaves that piled up outside during Fall were unbelievable. They didn't come clear them out until mid-November. Also, since there are no parking permits, sometimes I can't even park in my own lot.

It is horrible. I beg of you, do not live in Berryfield.
