yes these things are cheap. they even have a bunch of windows. problem is that they muct have no insulation because you electric bill will show it. Aside from that parking is great. but they have gravel so when it snows the lot is like a slip and slide for days. also the decks and patios are really crappy. water leaks down right in front of our door and frezzes nice. Another minus is NTC they are a horrible company, we can't use Kazaa here. Also dont live under frat guys. Ive woke up to the nice scent of vomit sizzling on the pavement many times after a great party that didnt end till 3am that i heard every bit of. But overall its just so cheap its not all bad.
