Terrible Experience

I absolutely hated living here. We first arrived and there was a two foot hole in the wall growing mold where they hadn't had time to fix. We had to call all day and Townside eventually stopped taking calls from us and threatened to evict us because we were rude, when all we were doing was being persistant asking for answers. Two different contractors came and refused to cover the hole because they felt that would not be a good way to fix the problem when everything in the wall was soaked and mold was growing. Finally, someone came in and covered the mold and all in the wall. After a month and a half our carpet is growing mold. The maintenence people take forever to come. We moved in to a broken dishwasher and lived with out it for a month. The place is pretty small and pretty old itself. It seemed as though it would be a decent place to live with noise, but that was untrue too. There were parties in a tiny complex like any other one. I cannot cite one good experience I had either with the apartment or with Townside Property Management and would NOT recommend renting from them anywhere!
