The grounds are very well-kept and look nice. Most of the aparments are new (less than 5 years old). I had an appliance break and they promptly fixed it on the first try. The walls are bit thin, while you don't have to contend with the "wild party" noises like some places, you do sometimes get background noises such as a neighbor's TV turned up. Don't bother with the Ethernet service (NTC), NTC has notoriously bad service. Verizon DSL is available and is a much better option.

My only real gripe with Cedarfield, is their preventive maintenance. Its both a good and a bad thing. Good that they care about maintenance and keeping things well-kept. Bad that there is constantly some maintenance people entering your apartment (that work on their schedule not yours).

Overall this is a nice place to stay. It might cost a little more than some places, but is still very affordable.
