The place started out nice. Good layout and overall nice looking apartment. After awhile you realize the place was poorly built with the place falling apart around you because of cheap parts used (and cheap carpet). Of course you get the bill for it at the end too and they are very bad about charging you for everything when you leave. Have dust somewhere' They will charge $5-$10 to clean it...even though dust collects in one day. I suggest you take pictures before you move in and challenge all charges before you pay. Also, they up the rate almost every year and make you sign on for the next year 2 months after you started your lease. The place also has nothing to offer. A basketball court was just installed but generally is broken. Other than that you are going to be bored.

If you want a good apartment for college life go somewhere else. This is too expensive for what you get and the pain you have throughout your stay is not worth it.
