At first glance we (my husband and I) thought cedarfield was one of the prettiest apartment complexes around. While we enjoyed that our apartment was quite young looking the whole experience ended up being a disaster. To start, they begin pushing you about next years lease a couple months after you move in and if you sign a year lease you don't actually recieve a whole year. Look out for your move out date because it will be a full week before a year lease would normally be up. On top of that they do not prorate you for only living there 3 weeks out of the last month. you pay a full months rent, they make yuo move out a week early and they have someone moved in the next week. That way they never miss out on a day of money.

When we moved out not only did we not get our security deposit back but they charged us an extra $200. This was a total of about $900 for damges an cleaning fees!! Mind you, it was only me and my husband living there and we never threw a single party during ou year stay. I am a very clean person and the carpets still looked brand new. For instance, CMG said that we meeded a baseboard cleaning and that apparently costs about $250. They take pictures when they go through and 3/4 of the photos are impossible to tell what they are of. They pulled out the lint drawer from the dryer and took a picture of it.

I wished we never moved there. They are pretty but come with no amenities and they really aren't a very good use of space. I didn;t want to move to Foxridge in the beginning b/c I thought they weren;t as pretty but they turned out to be a much better management company and neighborhood all around.

Basically, unless you want to get ripped off, don't move there!
