Do not under any circumstances, live in Chasewood Downs. Chase Managament Group people are the most unorganized, rude, uneducated people I have ever met. Keep all your reciepts for your rent checks. They are sure to "lose" it and try to make you pay twice. These people are rude and have no class whatsoever. I cannot wait to move out of this place.

ok you know what, considering that this place is STILL MANAGED by chase management group, i would have to disagree. if they sucked back then then they suck now!!! considering you've been posting this same thing on all the reviews of this place i'd have to say you must be a member of management to give that much of a crap. |

There are two sides to every situation. I appreciate "yosemite" giving another side. How can you make an educated decision otherwise? Too many people are eager to think the worst of someone without going any further.
