BEWARE! I am an extremely neat and conscientious person--that apartment was spotless when I moved out. Yet, because i was a student, they had the nerve to say I had to pay all $500 of my security deposit--no refund!!! Miraculously enough, I got most of it back when my parents stepped in. The management is horrible here--they are only after your money--incredibly ageist and will be rude to you and mistreat you just because you are a student. BEWARE! Take TONS of pictures and do the move out inspection with your parents and a lawyer if possible--then get it IN WRITING about what they will charge you FOR PRICES AND A TOTAL.

no it's not, again, this place is still managed by Chase Management, who are notorious in this town for their ineptitude. are you one of them?

To "MrHokie04": I agree with "yosemite". Keeping old, angry, negative reviews seems to be the problem on a lot of the apartment reviews. Where are the positive ones? I believe that people can change and if the company you refer to is so inept, then how are they still in business?
