I live on the bottom floor and I have to keep a fan running at night so that I can sleep because the guy who lives above me SNORES so loudly. I have to take a broom and beat on the ceiling so he will wake up for a few minutes so I can try and fall asleep before he does and start snoring again. I hate this place, I think the bathrooms look like gas station bathrooms. And maintenance doesnt give you time to answer the door or give you time to say anything before they come marching in , I woke up one morning and there was a maintenance guy in my bathroom ,luckily I had smelled his STRONG cologne before it scared me to death. They were working on my sink too and and left a big purple stain on my kitchen floor, not sure what that is, they just told me when I moved out to make sure I tell management that it was their fault .. yeah Im SURE they will believe that!!!When the people upstairs take a shower water leaks into my tub from the hole in the ceiling , a few times it has been real bad and when I call them to come over they just say they cant fix it and that the tub must have just overflowed upstairs. And one more thing..why do tenants get in trouble for having stains on the carpet when maintenance comes in with their MUDDY, DIRTY shoes on all the time ..you wouldnt believe the mess they made my carpet when they fixed my sink. I dont know about everyones elses windows but mine rattle when the wind blows, the last time I checked they werent suppose to do that. Well thats enough from me , I could go on forever, all I can say is DONT MOVE HERE, its not worth half of the money they want you to give them, they are money hungry pigs.
