It?s expensive, poeple are rude.

When I first moved in it was in a 1 bedroom appartment. I had Engines over my head that were so load that I could feel the appartment shaking. Since I had already signed the lease, they gave me a 2 bedroom appartment and so was forced to take a roomate after 6 month to be able to pay the bills.

The first year I was paying 550 dollars (gaz included)

The second: 660 gaz not included. Before renewing the contract, they gave us an estimate of 10-20 dollars a monthfor the gaz, we tought it wasn?t it big deal and we decided to stay. In reality we?re paying 35 dollars in the summer(hot water only) and 150 dollars in the winter for GAZ HEAT.

DON?T GO THERE, it?s expensive.

cable is 40 dollars and ethernet 35. No packs available like for example Terrace view or Appartment Hights.

I am a resident living in the gas heated apartments. I didn't move in until Spring, 2004. The gas heat varies depending on the weather. Plus the gas prices have increased (have you seen the prices at the gas stations?) I spoke to the office regarding the monthly gas prices. They suggested that I request ATMOS GAS to put my account on a budget plan. This really helps since I am on a limited budget. It all evens out in the end.
