this has got to be the worst apartment i have ever lived in, and since i've co-oped, i've moved about 10 times in 5 years.

the office staff doesn't know anything.

when they built a cell tower antennae on my building, the office didn't know there was any constuction going on.

when they started to "renovate" they gave us notices and told us to move EVERYTHING out of the kitchen, out of the bathroom, and off all the carpet. i don't know when they last saw one of their apartments, but that would mean we would have to move out completely. they told us to do this in 24-48 hours, and then didn't come for 3 months. when they did come, they did the carpet first, then messed it up when they installed a new tub, among other things...so our carpet was new for about 2 days.

granted, the windows are much better now than when i first moved in, but they still have big holes around them for terrible drafts that maintaince can't fix after many attempts.

i call for a maintaince issue, and the office claims they will call back and never do. when i call them back and ask what the deal is, they deny ever saying they'd call me back and somehow never put the request in for maintainance.

overall...worst...apartment...ever. living in a cardboard box on the drillfield would be better than living here

This review is too old. The renovations that this and other reviews mention seem to have been a problem years ago. Why is this review still listed?

It was probably legit at the time it was posted. To erase it just because it's a few years old would be taking your word for it that everything's great now. I am sure people who see the reviews take the years they are from into consideration; that's why reviewers have to say what year(s) they lived there.

This person lived there for 3 years. It must not have been all bad.
