I don't know if you have read the previous comments written but I am sure that you can tell the people who wrote them were not English majors. I have lived in Chasewood Downs for over a year and I have not had any problems. The office staff has been nothinig but accommodating since the time of my move-in, and as a side note very professional. The apartments were rennovated last year and are very well maintained. The residents are nice to me and I get along with my neighbors well. Being a single woman it is important to feel safe where I live and I do indeed feel safe. You have no reason NOT to live here, happy hunting.
