I'm very sorry for those of you who did not have a good experience - it sounds like you had to suffer through some tough times during the renovations that took place here. I have only lived here 6 months but have had really no complaints. I have a few spiders now and then but I live on the first floor. Also the people above me are loud sometimes, but again, I live on the first floor. The apartment is very nice with brand new cabinets, flooring and bathroom vanity/tub. The complex is quiet - not a lot of partying going on. I never have trouble finding a place to park my car near my door, even at odd hours. I've never felt unsafe and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance has responded to my request very promptly. The leasing staff seems very attentive and has never lost my rent as others have claimed. In fact they gave me a rental concession when I was in a bind to get an apartment in the first place, and have been very accomodating now that I have a job transfer and must leave. I have not gone through the move out inspection/return of deposit yet but I don't expect any problems. They even filled out and sent my rental verification to my new apartment the same day I turned it in to them (and that was at 4 pm!) The place I'm moving to didn't get such good reviews, but after reading the bad ones here and knowing they are less than true, I have new hope!
