OK Apartments but kiss your deposit goodbye!

Location is nice and folks in management act kind enought but having just left, I want to caution all future residents to CAREFULLY and COMPLETELY document the condition of the apartment when they move in. My roommate and I got stuck with over $400 in "repairs and cleaning" charges when we left. Many of the items were listed on the form when we signed in but management just blew it off. Didn't want to spend money on lawyer to fight so before you sign, PLEASE DOCUMENT YOUR FINDINGS!!!
