While located in what some may consider "the ghetto" of Blacksburg, I've enjoyed my stay at Dutch Village. The tennants are a mix of grad students and families, so it's pretty quiet. The staff is nice but there's only one maintenace team. So, if you have a small problem expect to do it yourself or do without. (I still don't have a working garbage disposal after almost a year). Lots of parking with no towing is also a good thing!
