I lived at Foxridge during my sophomore and senior years. I was pleased both years, living in the "graudate housing" section. Make sure you see your apartment before you sign the lease!! I know this is difficult as turnover is being completed and kids are moving out. The second time we lived there, our carpet was grosswhen we got the keys. They did come to clean it again, but it did not help. I could smell everything the downstairs neighbors were cooking, never been a seafood fan myself. Maintenance is wonderful. Adelphia cable modem customer service is terrible, but the connection is great, when it is working. Never really had noise problems, except the dog upstairs. Plenty of parking. Bus route is great. I would live at Foxridge again...
