I've lived here a little more than two years, and it's been very comfortable.

I'm on the edge of the complex in the grad/professional section, and I've had almost no noise from neighbors at all. I can tell that the inner parts of the complex are noisier.

My apartment has worked out well, and I've had very few reasons to call the office for help. When I have needed service, it's often been given within a couple of hours. Even the time I dropped an earring down the sink, maintenance was there that very day to retrieve it--pretty impressive for a complex big enough to qualify as a small town. I always felt that the office staff really wanted me to be happy and satisfied here.

The price is more than other apartments around here, but remember that utilities are included.

The location is really convenient because of the path to campus and the bus stops.

Overall, I can definitely recommend this place.
