The people who run Foxridge are inconsiderate and money-hungry. They quoted me one rate for my apartment but another (higher) one was on my lease when I went to sign it. When I asked them about it they gave me some long reasoning and said that it was the only one left so I could either pay that amount or I wouldn't get an apartment. The apartment was way too high and I would expect MUCH more for the amount I was paying. The carpet was in horrible condition, the place reaked of smoke, and things were falling apart. My toilet never ran right, the closet shelve looked like it was about to fall off, and when it rained my dining room fan would leak water from the roof. I could hear almost every word of my neighbor's conversations and the parties were so bad that I had to call the cops a few times so I could sleep. The maintainance was terrible, it would take several calls to actually get someone to come and fix the problems and when they did, it was NEVER done correctly. My toilet leaked for a year after the guy "fixed" it. I left my apartment in better condition then when I moved it and they took my $500 deposit and charged me $320 extra to replace the carpet (it was in better condition then when I moved in). Foxridge loves to charge their renters extra money because they aren't making enough so be careful. My friends got charged for "dog poop" in the yard of foxridge and I was even charged for trash that wasn't mine and $25 for trash removal is awful when it isn't your's (even when it is!) They can never keep track of when the rent is paid so you recieve little "late rent" notices almost every month. In fact they charged me for late rent in the security deposit when I called beforehand and asked how much was do. They don't care about their apartments, or their renters and every chance they get they will do a cheap job or try and make you pay for soemthing stupid. The office is rude, inefficent, and unknowlegable. Overall, I wish I would never have rented here and you will too if you make the same expensive, uneducated decision that I did.
