Having lived in Foxridge Stroubles Creek section for 2 years, I will warn you now, do not live in these apartments. They claim that it is for professionals only, it is not. It is packed with noisy Grad students that are up walking around at odd late hours at night; either tending to their lab experiments at 3 am, or calling their home foreign country at odd hours to save a buck. The apartments are constructed of wooden floors, not concrete. You hear your neighbors walking around, flushing the toilet, running water in the kitchen sink, it is totally unacceptable. You will not be able to sleep. When you finally learn you can't get a decent nights sleep, management treats you like you're a nut and should just move. But won't let you out of your lease. When there is a football game at home, students from nearby student section blow off fireworks at 2am , of course coming over near your apartments to do so. Why they continue to let grad students live there is beyond me, professional means people with full time jobs that work, not students. When the drought came, I had to call management to come water the dying landscaping, it was too late, most of it died, so they had to replant - raising my rent for next year for sure. The parking lot lights are awful, far too bright, you have to block your windows to keep it from flooding your apartment. There was insufficient water pressure in the master bathroom, they never fixed it and have no explanation as to why it is that way. When first moving into the apartment, it was very bad the closer you looked. They didn't clean the place, they painted over human hair stuck to the wall, I found cat food all under the washing machine, the utility room smelled to high heaven of a cat litter box that was never cleaned. Despite putting up signs and it being written in the lease to not leave pet droppings on the grounds, people do it regularly and don't care. You are not allowed to put your own lock on your door or a dead bolt, so any psycho on the maintenance crew can break into your place and steal everything or do worse. The washing machine has a gentle cycle, but it doesn't work, it washes harshly for a short period of time, I told them that gentle cycle means 'gentle' not wash like normal for a short time. They laughed at me and did nothing. There are no elevators for the third floor. The senior leasing agents of the complex are Stigian Witches, they remind you of Anne Coulter, it's like dealing with a politician, they won't admit to any problem actually existing, try to make it look like it's just you, and refuse to do anything that would actually help you for 'policy' reasons. I have had 4 co-worker couples flee this place, breaking their lease because they could not stand the b.s. anymore. I will not renew for another year, I'd rather sleep in the woods, at least it would be quiet. You have been warned!!

wtf, they dont call their home country at odd hours to save money, thats because of the time difference genius. Rest of the probs are with the community, grads i feel were much better than the undergrads. The reviews on the community are however uncontested by me.
