Extremely noisy because of too many stupid undergrads. Also, if you will move out before the lease ends, DO NOT think of Foxridge EVER! Ridiculously, they DO NOT allow you to terminate the lease!

I can't think of any apartment complex in Blacksburg that would allow you to terminate your lease early. You're expected to pay rent for the full term as indicated on the lease, unless you can find someone to sublet or take over the lease for you. Who doesn't know that??? Read your lease first!!!!
