I lived in foxridge for 3 years. It was pretty good for the first two with the exception of the noise. The walls are horribly thing and since i live on the second floor i can hear all of the conversations below me as well as have my floor vibrate from the guys subwoofer. I can also hear every footstep from the guys above me and when they use their pool tables its awful. When the wrestle i really feel like they are going to come through the ceiling. The parking used to be great but this year if you come in late, chances are you wont get a space in your lot and will have to go elsewhere or park on the street. The management staff are incredibly incompetent. If someone calls to change something on a lease they dont ask for identification of the caller. They take forever to get anything done and are really some of the dumbest people i've ever met. They are also raising rents yearly which is really frustrating because it doesnt seem like the service is improving with the increased prices. The maintenance staff this year has been much slower to fix things and not as good at getting things done correctly. My buildings hot water heater died and I called the after hours service at midnight and again at one and still no one had fixed it. The guy didnt get there until 3am and then didnt have it fixed for another 6 hours. If you luck out and have quiet neighbors then its a good place to live as the pond and walking trails and bus stops are great. If your neighbors are inconsiderate as some of mine are, then it can be a nightmare.

I totally agree--- the prices go up while the service is going down, down down! And if you are here during the summer it's not just neighbors making noise, the construction is out of control. Maybe it's just me but there's something very creepy about hearing your neighbor's bathroom business because the floors/walls are just that thin.
