If I can say anything about this place after living here for a year it is this: Yeah, the students are loud, the parking is usually good, the maintenance is good, the quality is fair, however ... the Foxridge staff may be nice but nice doesn't mean anything. They are prompt to charge fee's but they lack organization! Of course they want their money but if they expect us to be prompt with our payments we should be given that same dedication when they are handling our leases and other paperwork. Not to mention when moving out they are very picky and take out every little expense from your deposit: nail holes (even tack holes), scuff marks on walls .. etc. I enjoyed living here my only complaint is the lack of organization in the office, which is a big deal. They can't get their stories straight ever, and whenever it is your word against theirs, they ALWAYS win, and you always pay. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

HIDDEN FEES OUT THE ASS, they want to pay for blinds already in my apt, and the ceiling fan on the ceiling that was there when i moved in.
