I lived here for 2 years in a one bedroom in the prof/grad side of the complex. I have nothing but great things to say! The maintenance team is VERY prompt, for even what I didn't think was an emergency, someone showed up at 9 PM one night! I didn't have a problem with noise or hearing neighbors. The one complaint was the pet policy. I had one cat while living there and they take a $200 nonrefundable deposit plus an extra monthly fee. And my cat did NOTHING to mess up the apartment.
