Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I lived here for two years and enjoyed it. The apartment was spacious, even for a two bedroom. Repairs were done pretty quickly, with one or two exceptions. Nice for those who want to be away from the usual undergrad problems like partys and the like. Decent prices too. Appliances are a little out of date, but a good deal.
