Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
lived there for 2.5 years - I still don't have my deposit back - not bad for a cheap one bedroom that close to downtown Blacksburg - it took a bit of work to get them to fix anything, but they eventually got it done - cabinets were rotting away a little - carpet was very old and stained but they refused to replace it - ceiling above the shower was rotting away from mold, but they plastered it and painted it - most fixtures worked - electric system was old and light bulbs burned out pretty quickly - but like I said, it wasn't bad for a cheap place that close to town
