You get what you pay for. Very old appliances. The air conditioning sounded like a jet plane when it was on and it didnt really even blow out cold air. I complained numerous times and maintenance would come and tell me they fixed it but it never changed. The oven must have been 30 yrs old. It took 45mins to preheat and the entire apt would become scalding since it leaked so much heat. One of the elements in my water heater was broken and I couldnt take a shower longer than 10 mins. The guy came to fix it but all he did was crank up the temperature to 170 degrees! So my electric bill doubled and i could get 2nd degree burns from my tap water.

Take a good look at all you appliances and test the AC unit before you move in there. It seems some apts are much better than others.
