Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
My daughter lives in Maple Ridge and both she and I are very happy with her apartment. We have had no issues with management or there being parties in the complex. Noise level is low. The negative reviews are too broad, people should specify what exactly is wrong with M. R. instead of simply saying management is rude. We have had no issues with management whatsoever.
