Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Living in this complex since 2003 and I can guarantee that it is one of the worst places in Blacksburg when it comes to maintenance. The apartment floods easily and repeated requests for a permanent fix has not shown any results. Avoid if you can..
