Oakbridge is extremely quiet and an "okay" place to live. It's quiet and close to campus which is very nice. The maintenance was very good - any problems that I had were dealt with (usually) within the same day. They use electric radiant heaters here which are extremely inefficient and cost a lot of money. In the summer many of you know that it gets very hot - Oakbridge doesn't have air conditioners unless you want to pay an installation fee and pay an additional $30/month to have one. While you're living in Oakbridge it's alright - the problem usually comes when you want to move out. They will try to screw you out of all of your security deposit. Speaking of deposits - if you have a pet they make you pay a $200 nonrefundable fee on top of a $200 security deposit, $75 of which is not refundable.
