I really liked the location being right across from the VT Campus. Even if I ran behind, I could still get to class on time. It was really easy for me to ride my bike from my apartment to campus. When the weather was bad, the BT line was right beside my apartment and there is only 1 stop between my apartment and campus. The grounds have a ton of grass and not a ton of concrete as most apartments in the area. There is also a pool for hot days which the staff monitor to keep unwanted people out. If you have A/C in your unit, it is an individual unit, but it is in the wall not the window which helps for safety. The A/C that I had in my unit helped keep my apartment cool, but each room also had a fan which helped. The staff is very helpful and joke around with you when you go into the office. They also have socials and provide food so that the residents can interact with each other. Overall it is a pretty nice place to live.
