It varies depending on who your renter is, make sure you check it out first. Our renter was horrible. He never responded to any of our emails or phone calls to fix problems around the townhouse. It took 2 months to get a garbage disposal and dish washer fixed. Then after we moved our he attempted to extort $1500 from me and my roomates. Although I would like to think this was something that did not happen frequently, I have heard complaints from numerous other renters. About the townhouses....the rooms are tiny, almost like a jail cell. It does have a large kitchen and living room. The bottom line is, find out who your landlord is.... dont get stuck with a sleezebag.
