it all depends on what type of living environment you can live in. the size is nice but the rest is awful. It is loud and noisey every night of the week. I once had a 600 perosn party in my backyard, with drunk people stubbling up onto the deck to ask to use our bathroom. Personally my owners were horrible they didn't take care of a things, the house was dirty and poorly kept, everything was broken. The focus is very party oriented so if you can deal with that then i guess it is your type of place but other than that i would stay clear of it.

It's a real pit alright. They really should have a security guard on premise, but Raines is too cheap and doesn't really want to address the partying issue. They'd rather have a bunch of intoxicated residents then a nice place to live.
