terrible place as far as trash and noise. the townhomes themselves have NO storage areas and the rooms are tiny. the downstairs area is huge but not worth it. the Home Owners Association is managed by Raines, and they are just terrible. they tried to fine us for trash that other people left on our yard. then they tried to fine us cause we had a cooler on the back porch.. THEN they tried to fine us because someone left a shopping cart next to our building.. a tree almost fell into my living room window and it took them two weeks to get to it. they are slow to respond at anything but when they want your money they will be sure to be there on time!! but there was just too much noise at pheasant run and i wouldnt recommend it unless you have a lot of friends that already live there, or if you just like to get drunk from thurs-sun and on gamedays esp. you have to deal with the fact that you come home to noise and trash everywhere.
