Four of us lived here for two years. The sound proofing in these townhomes were amazing. Pretty loud music usually would not make a sound in the neighboring townhomes. The appliances are starting to show their age; especially the washer and dryer. The painting they do is horrible. Our rooms had several different hues of off-white from spotty paint jobs over the years. Our kitchen floor was also in pretty disgusting shape. You really cannot beat the price when you have three roommates splitting it evenly. There were actually 3.5 bathrooms but that was not an option. We only had to call maintenance once to fix the insulation on our front door, and it was fixed properly the first time. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
