I have lived in this complex for two years. I can say the rent is cheapest in the town. So you have be on the waiting lists at least 6 months or one year to move in. The management is very nice and always helpful. Maintainance responds and fix the problems laways no more than maximium 2 days. It is on the bus routes every ten minutes in between. One issue is that apartment is too old. But is very clean and never asking for a pest control. If you want to save money, it is vey good place. I am an international student, lot of residents here are foreigner. Most of them are graduate student and very quiet.
