Extremely cheap, very friendly & responsive staff, pet-friendly, convenient location on two BT lines (Toms Creek A & B). This is my second year living here. Very little noise travels between the rooms or the apartments, and if you want to have a lot of people over for a weekend party it's never a problem. Neighbors are friendly, maintenance always shows up within the hour (often within 15 minutes). No extra fines or any other hidden charges for breaking "rules". Before we lived here, we lived in the Village, and this we like this place better by leaps and bounds. We paid over $100 a month more per person to live in the Village, and those apartments had horrible insulation. Our heating bills there in the winter were outrageous, and noise travelled much too easily.

Only downside is that the buildings aren't the newest, so if you want the flashiest looking apartment you can find then look elsewhere. Also wish there was a dishwasher at times, but considering we are only paying $670/month its hard to find reason to complain.
