The construction is over and the place is beautiful; it's unfortunate that apartments were not finished as scheduled, but now that things are done, I beleive this will be the place to be. I was here this fall and could hear the cannons fire during a Tech football game that I was watching on T.V. Good location,nice apartment and fresh mountain air. Come check the place out and don't let past history cloud your judgment; this place is comfortable and a good value.

I just moved out... the area is much MUCH better than when we all moved in... but the management is still awful. Getting anything accomplished (maintenance, paying rent, getting phone calls returned, basic secretarial work) is an unbelievable hassle.

Comfortable and great value? Please, it is the most expensive place in blacksburg with still no utilities included. You also have no elevators when your buildings are all over 3 floors like everywhere else in blacksburg. The construction is cheap and drafty. I will never live here again. You have to be from management.
