I am writing this review as a previous tenant at Sturbridge Square that has been repeatedly shafted by their shady business practices. Let me give you a few tips if you, for some undecernable reason, decide to live there.
1. DON'T. There are many other apartment complexes and townhouses that rent for cheaper, are newer, actually have repairs conducted, don't look like some type of Section 8 housing.....
2. Dont expect any deposit back, no matter how clean the apartment is. I spent 2 enitire days cleaning the place and STILL got charge for stuff like "dust on baseboards" and, astonishingly, $25 for dustly lamp fixtures.
3. DONt live there!!!!!!!
