I lived in this apartment for a year and it was just a terrible experience. First of all you can hear everything that your neighbour say or do, you can actually hear them very clearly even if they live upstairs or downstairs,and they can hear you of course, the insulation of the windows are terrible cold gets in in the winter.
The parking is a ----- you are assigned a parking space but my parking space has been taken many times. The sevice is terrible if you need fixing in the apartment you better know how to fix it because if you wait for the maintenance tou'll wait for a long time.
And the management is just horrible they charge you for everything when you move out.
If you wanna live in a place without a stress dont even think about this place.
