THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I'VE EVER LIVED IN!! Seriously this place is terrible. I've lived in Radford, Christiansburg and Blacksburg and this truely is the worst. Where do I start. The buildings are falling apart. The gutters are seriously falling off the buildings, there is trash all over the unmowed grass. The maintenance is a joke here. They are all fat, lazy, completely worthless pieces of crap that don't know how to fix anything. They cruise around in their trucks and intentionally destroy the grounds. The owner and property manager suck. The girls that work in the office are complete idiots. They tell you that ppl have just moved out of the apartment you are interested in, but that is a lie. These apartments have been vacant for weeks and sometimes months. They do not clean them for crap. If you wanted an actual nice place to live, don't come here. The carpets are in terrible shape, completely stained and gross. Most of the apartments smell terrible. People leave bags of garbage in the hall ways for weeks at a time. There are bugs, spiders and everything else you can think of running the halls. The people that live here are scum. They're all drug dealing lowlifes, that party 24-7. If you wanna score some drugs, all you have to do is walk down the hall. There are robbers, drug dealers and gang bangers everywhere. I wouldn't even leave my apt unlocked to walk to my car. And outside I usually have the fear of being robbed or jumped. There are a million screaming brats, running the halls all the time. The only nice thing about the property is the pool..which usually supplies a day care. DO NOT LIVE HERE..FOR REAL!!
