I have lived here for years, only because of the cheap rent. And it's cheap for a reason. The new property managers couldn't find their behinds with both hands and a map. We no longer have assigned parking spaces because they were too inept to keep track the assigned spaces, and the property owner is too cheap to take out a towing contract with any towing company. They also love to talk down to you, and in some cases, flat out lie while speaking to you. In the past three years, we've had just as many sets of property managers, and as for the newest ones ... it would be better run by children. In the worst heat wave of this summer, my AC broke, and it took SEVEN DAYS for it to get fixed. Both the property managers and the maintenance crew play the "it's not my responsibility game" and work orders rarely, if ever, get filled. This isn't the worst place to live in Blacksburg - I'd rather live here than Foxridge - but don't move in here unless you like dealing with idiots, and being treated like one.

I live here Currently and let me tell ya i cant wait to get out of this place. i have been here for 4 years almost and since then it has gone down hill big time we just had 18 inches of snow fall and when the boys came around to shovel the steps off (after i was done with them at 300 pm Had to get out and go to work) I asked them if some one was going to plow the parking lot out and they said no cant find anyone who will do it!! i called 2 places and they said yeah we could do it !!!!!! I guess the people who are running this place are dumb and uneducated!! Oh and if you want anything fixed dont hold your breath you will turn blue and die before they will come and do anything!!! DONT MOVE TO THIS PLACE !!!!!! IT IS NOT EVEN CHEAP ANYMORE GO TO FOXRIDGE OR SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!!!!!!!!
