Decent place, but nothing special

Well, I lived in Terrace View for four years--two in a "garden apartment" and the other in a townhouse.
The places are old, but decently maintained. The apartments are noisy--live on top floor if you can. The townhouses are much better, but overpriced for 1 and 2 BR.
They keep raising the rent here, but never really improving anything. They spend waaay too much money on planting flowers around the area. The "fitness center" is tiny and smelly. The pool is always overcrowded.
It's not a quiet place overall, but great walking location to tons of apartments on Patrick Henry (and thus, parties). Decent place to live Sophomore year, but move somewhere better if you can afford it.
Pets crap area EVERYWHERE in the yard and the staff does nothing about it. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
