I think the carpets are very poorly maintained and make the whole place look shabby. They ridiculously charge you for things when u leave, so you end up losing most of the deposit. I moved away and I found a cheaper and bigger place to live and I cant be any happier. Overall per squarefoot, I probably pay 1/2 compared to what I paid there.



You can always hear neighbors music, and floors creek very badly, but then to avoid floors creeking I moved to the top floor and that place was so hot that even the air conditioning was not sufficient to cool it down.



Talk to other realtors in town and you will probably find places so much cheaper and better quality. The other places may not have fancy 24 hour maintenance, but then only if something goes wrong in the first place will you need that maintanence, but I used their maintenance so much in TV and the same problems would repeat so frequently.

Another big problem is that there is no parking space for the guests cars, they do not give out any tags for guest parking, so the guests have a very difficult time finding parking. Invariably you will not have any guests during the weekends due to this problem. The roads around are packed with cars, so your guests will be stranded. I can go on forever about how much I hated staying there, no wonder I moved out.
