Nice, But Sometimes Noisy

They keep the place looking nice and there are near-constant improvements. The place is also pretty well lit, which is important to me.
Yes there are BIG dogs, occasional noise problems, and parking is definitely less than desirable. What do you expect in a college town'
It's no big secret that this is not the newest or fanciest place in town, but they keep the place up, take care of you, and have a solid reputation in the area.
I can recommend this place to you with a clear conscience and may be moving back in the next couple of years.
