The most awful place I've ever lived. You can hear your neighbors breathing the walls are so thin, coin-operated laundry machines are a pain in the behind (especially since some buildings don't even have them), the staff is so uninformed they are pretty much useless. Be careful of what you're signing because this place is old as hell and if something floods or what-not they don't cover any of the damages because you have to get a separate insurance policy. The set-up in the 3 bedroom is so stupid. One bedroom is twice as big as the other bedroom and the third bedroom has a bigger closet than both of them combined, the kitchen is awful, fridge sucks, no ice maker, the microwave is so small and so powerless it basically does nothing, and the oven is ancient. There are maybe a total of 20 visitor spots and this is for ALL of terrace view, so if you have visitors, good luck finding a place for them to park. This place was a last resort for living since we were late to find somewhere to live and it's not surprising there were still apartments open because nobody should ever want to live here. The heating and cooling system is beyond awful, one degree lower or one degree cooler can be the deciding point for whether you get pneumonia or not. The heat from the vents is so dry that you wake up with cotton mouth every morning and are totally congested. On top of that, the air system is violently loud that it makes it hard to sleep at night and some of the vents you don't have the option to open or close them. The bathrooms are a mess and the faucets and shower heads are an enormous headache. Architecturally, nothing makes sense about this place, but if you plan on living here, you'll find out for yourself. ***Most Important*** terrace view has an agreement with NTC communications, the hands down WORST internet and television company ever created by the ----- himself, every resident has to buy their own internet service and can't share it on a router which costs a lot more extra a month and the internet is unbelievably slow and always causes problems and the television service is absolutely awful with no HD channels and doesn't come with any sort of cable box so it fully takes away from any viewing pleasure.
