This place is great. It all depends on your unit, though, as they are all individual owned (and maintained by Raines Property Management). Except for a couple of hiccups, Raines has been great and responsive with many A/C repairs, dishwasher repairs, etc. My unit is very well maintained and does not look like a typical college apartment.

It's also pretty quiet in this neighborhood, and the location is second to none (for going to class and grocery shopping)!

The only gripe I have is that we are not allowed to have grills on the balconies, although many people have them anyway.

The best thing is the PRICE! $775-780 a month for a 3 bedroom condo with 2 full baths! It's cheap enough to use as a 2 person place with an office (which is what we do).
